At FGS Autographs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring that all original tags and authenticity certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
